1. ARE RESULTS GUARANTEED? WILL I FEEL BETTER AFTER THE STRETCH

Nearly all our clients report feeling at least 50% better after the first stretch/treatment.

2. DOES IT HURT?

No, the stretches do not hurt. At Stretch Evolution & Wellness, our technique is very gentle. 

3. HOW DOES THIS DIFFER FROM CHIROPRACTIC / PHYSICAL THERAPY?

We are not a medical practice and are not bound by the same regulations as physical therapy or chiropractic. At Stretch Evolution & Wellness, we take a holistic approach to treatment, focusing on the entire body. 

4. DO I NEED TO CONSULT A DOCTOR BEFORE COMING IN? 

There is no need to consult your doctor unless you are currently under the care or supervision of an orthopedic specialist, chiropractor, or physical therapist. 

5. DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?

We regret to inform you that we do not accept insurance; however, some of our services may be eligible for Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA).

6. WHAT IS THE LATE/CANCELLATION POLICY?

Please Do Not Be Late. We give a 15 minutes grace period. Anything more than 15 minutes will need to be rescheduled. Appointments not canceled 12 hours in advance will be charged. If you need to reschedule, you can do so on your Stretch Evolution & Wellness app or just give us a call at 301-500-0731, and we will find a better time. Membership cancellations must be submitted before the next package is activated by use.

7. WHAT SHOULD I WEAR ? 

Gym or yoga attire works best. Please wear clean socks during every appointment. A swim suit must be worn in the sauna and or cold plunge rooms.
